Michael Caplan
Founder, Producer
Over forty years ago Michael Caplan helped invent
the event planning industry. Since then, he has continued
to innovate and evolve as an event producer and creative director,
having been recognized as Canadian Event Producer of the Year.
Michael has the ingenuity and strategic insight to create brand
platforms for corporate events and communications, and the
imagination to produce world-class entertainment.
He firmly believes that there is nothing better than a powerfully
told story to capture and hold the interest of your audience.
Jay Mark Caplan
Director, Strategy and Creative
With over fifteen years of experience in advertising, Jay is a skilled copywriter, designer, market researcher, and creative strategist.
As a regional planning director at McCann Shanghai he worked on award-winning communications campaigns in the Asia Pacific region for brands like Coca-Cola, L'Oréal, WildAID, and LEGO, and developed training for the region with McCann New York.
Jay’s goal is to honor Sensix values and culture while innovating our creative services to best meet the needs of clients today.
Rosita Pollock
Director of LogisticsRosita is the master of logistics and operations, which is the key to managing successful custom events from Canada to China. She has managed everything from road shows, workshops, multi-city product launches and sales meetings, to video productions and international conferences. Rosita can troubleshoot any challenge that comes her way, making her presence on-site indispensable.
Neil Oakshott
Visual Director
Neil has 20 years of global experience as a Visual Director and DOP in TV and video production. He has shot and edited for Discovery Health, Travel Channel, Food Network, Bravo, Canal D, and international clients such as Vice, RAI Italia, Channel 4 (UK) and Nippon TV.
At Sensix, Neil oversees an incredible team of editors and animators who produce video and big-screen imagery with special effects and animation for our live events. Constantly pushing the creative envelope, Neil generates value for our clients by telling their stories with impact and emotion that fully engages the audience.
